How to stop automatic acceptance of customer requests

Click ‘My Company’ in the left menu
Click EDIT in the Company Information view
Uncheck the checkbox “Automatically accept customer invitations” and click SAVE

All carriers are by default configured to automatically accept customer invitations.

Support of multiple contact persons for both customers and subcontractors. All ‘Administrator’ users can be contact persons. A contact person (e.g. a regional manager) can receive and accept data sharing invitations.

New user role selection when creating a user. Including a description of each roles access level.

New invitation flow

Introducing an invitation vizard containing three steps for inviting subcontractors. The vizard secures a fast and informative invitation scheme by providing an overview of the integration state per subcontractor, thereby knowing when the subcontractor is ready to share data .

How to accept or decline an invitation for data sharing

When a customer requests you to share data, you get a new customer request email. Find all your pending customer requests directly from the Dashboard within the ribbon ‘New Pending Customer Requests’ and simply click VIEW. Alternatively, you can use the left menu item ‘Customers’ and find all your new customer requests within the view.

Accept a request for data sharing:

Click ACCEPT

After clicking on ACCEPT the customer bar moves from New Customer Requests to Customers and your customer will be able to see you as a data-sharing subcontractor.

Decline a request for data sharing:

Click DECLINE

The customer will be able to see that you have declined data sharing and your data will not be available for the customer.

How to add GPS/ELD connection

ELD or GPS/telematics connections can be added directly from the Welcome screen in the dashboard simply by clicking ‘ADD FLEET’ or by clicking GPS/Telematics in the left menu and then clicking CREATE within the view.

Click CREATE
Search and choose your ELD or GPS/Telematics provider on the list
Carefully read the instructions and enter needed credentials (the needed info varies depending on used ELD/GPS)
Some ELD providers require a signed ELD data consent form. If so sign it and click NEXT

How to see the GPS/ELD connection status

By clicking on the left menu item ‘GPS/Telematics’ you have access to the status of your GPS/ELD connections. If your GPS/ELD is not delivering data we will present a Telematics error ribbon directly on your dashboard.

How to edit or delete a GPS/ELD

Click on the burger button right to the ELD/GPS you want to edit
If you want to delete the connection, click Delete
Click Edit if you want to edit and change the needed parameters and go trough the vizard.

How to automatically accept customer invitations

Click My Company in the left menu
Click EDIT within Company Information
Click the checkbox “Automatically accept customer invitations” and click SAVE

How to get a fleet overview

Click on Fleet in the left menu and you will get two views. One containing all active assets in ‘Fleet Overview’ and another list containing ‘Inactive Assets’.

If you click on an asset you will get additional information about the selected asset.

NOTE: 4 days after ‘Last Heard From’ date, assets are moved to ‘Inactive Assets’.

How to check asset availability (license plate check)

Asset availability for tours can be checked trough License Plate Check from both the dashboard and the Fleet Overview.

Click on My Fleet in left menu bar.
Click on LICENSE PLATE CHECK button within Fleet Overview.
Enter the License Plates (up to 10) you want to check availability for and click CHECK FOR LICENSE PLATES button.
Result informs about asset availability, and if asset is available, the result populates Last Position Update, company name and project44 Carrier ID for the subcontractors from who the asset are directly available through. COPY button copies project44 Carrier ID to clipboard.
